Where We Are Going

Right now, the firm seeks to provide representation to as many individual shops as we can. This is not about money or cornering the market – this is part of a larger plan to harness the political power of those in the body mod business to ensure fair legal and political protections for the future.

Let’s not forget that most of us who are tattooed did so in “illegal” shops until TK year. When a group can be discriminated against because no one will stand up for it, legislators have no reason to be concerned.

The future plan is to consolidate the power of those individual clients into a powerful voice that demands equal treatment and fair laws – especially from politicians who dismiss the industry as an alternative lifestyle—across the city, counties, New York State and nationally if necessary.
